Rental Rates:

  • Two Night Minimum Required on regular weekends
  • All holiday weekends will require a 3 day minimum (example Memorial day, 4th of July if applicable & Labor day)
  • All rates are based on the amount of days of your rental and size of the camper. Please use the contact page for more information. Prices range from $80 to $140 nightly. 
  • Weekly rates are available and are $550 for smaller campers with no slides, $650 for campers with super slides, and $775.00 for the Toy Hauler.                                                                                                                                              
  • To reserve your outdoor adventure, a credit card (not debit card) is required to be held on file. The deposit amount matches what ever your rental amount is not to exceed $500.00. We do not charge this card unless necessary and we will not charge your card for your rental unless you request us to do so. We retain your credit card for two reasons:                                                                                                                                           
  • 1. We provide comprehensive and collision coverage on all of our units. If anything should happen to the camper while it is in your possession, there is a $500.00 deductible that would apply.                                     
  • 2. Due to the nature of our business and limited availability, we have a 30 day cancellation period. If you cancel within the 30 days leading up to your camper rental dates, the cancellation fee may apply. This amount is always listed on your rental agreement. We understand things happen and if we can get the camper re-rented we will not charge the entire fee but an administration fee of $40.00 will apply plus any applicable credit card fees and state taxes. Please be advised that you may not see the cancellation fee applied until the weekend of your rental because we will want to make sure if we get the unit rented the correct amount is charged.                                                                         
  • A one way $60.00 delivery fee to any site within 25 miles of Fairbank one way trip. For delivery and pick up this amount doubles.
  • Starting January 1st, 2020 there will be a $25.00 service fee for all camper rentals. 

Rental Policies:

  • In order to tow any of AJ’s units you must be able to provide proof that your liability coverage extends to the unit while towing. We will provide a form to you that will need to be filled out by your licensed insurance agent. This form can be signed electronically also. If you don’t have an insurance agent, we will need to verify that liability extends and a copy of the declaration page emailed. 
  • Must be 25 years of age. 
  • 5 out of 6 of our units are 1/2 ton Truck/SUV tow-able. We have a 38ft Toy Hauler that is preferred to have a larger truck to pull with along with Trailer brakes. Please make sure that your vehicle is set up adequately with the proper 7 pin connector. Please test your systems before you arrive to make sure they are working properly.  
  • All rental units are available to pick up by 4pm or later. We try to maintain and be as flexible as possible with our customers. If you are requesting deliveries Monday through Thursday please note that delivery and pick up times may be limited to evening hours only (4-5pm or later). Fridays we are flexible with hours pertaining to pick up times and deliveries, but you will want to verify that times are available that you would want. If you are wanting extended times please plan accordingly and book the days needed. Otherwise we will assume that the 4pm pick up is fine. 
  • All rental units are required to be returned by 12 pm. If AJ’s has hauled the camper to your site and we will be picking the rental up it is required that you be out of the camper by 12 pm. Times may also vary due to camp ground check out times. Again if you need extended times you will need to book your dates accordingly and will assume all campers will be back by noon. We have customers that may want that same camper that afternoon and will have to get it cleaned and ready to go back out. 
  •  You are responsible for reserving the dates at the campground you plan on staying at. AJ’s does not do this for you. You will need to check availability with us and your local campground. We will not be held responsible to site fees incurred at the campground of your choice. Please make sure all accurate information is provided about your camping spot. We will need the site/spot number and who the reservation is booked under. With our scheduling we may have to deliver a camper with you not there and will need to be able to work with your campground directly to get delivery done. 
  • AJ’s Camper Rentals does not consider your rental to be secured until you have filled out the Camper Registration form found on this website under the inventory tab. Each camper has it’s own form. 
  • The total rental payment is due as you are picking up the rental or prior to you renting the Unit.
  • We accept cash, check, and credit cards (MC, VISA, AMEX & DISC). There will be a 1% fee for bank transfer payments, 2% fee for Venmo, and a 3% service charge for all credit cards. If you wish to use a credit card to pay, we need to know in advance. If you would like to avoid fees please send a check in the mail in advance for all deliveries or pay the day of for all pick ups. 
  • There is an awning on every rental unit at AJ’s. You are responsible for all damages done to awnings. These can cost $1500 and up. Please keep that in mind when using the awning on the rental unit. They are not covered under the insurance policy. We don’t prohibit use of them but they are 100% your responsibility. 
  • You are also responsible for all items inside the camper. If anything is damaged upon returning your unit please let us know right of way. We want to make sure that all campers are in proper working order for you and the next client. We reserve the right to charge up to $250 for cleaning fees for any units that are smoked in (smoke of any kind), require excessive cleaning, or remnants of any pets found. All other items broken on the camper are subject to current market price and any installation or repair fees.
